Macbook Pro Retina Mid-2012 Won't wake when lid closes

Hi,

My macbook pro had been working like a charm until recently. Then it suddenly didn't wake up when I shut the lid, and each time I had to press the power button for like 20-30 seconds for it to respond. The battery started draining super fast. Now the only thing I did different was I purchased and installed a Western Digital MyCloud backup Raid Drive. I installed the app and thats it.

Now whenever I close the lid the computer won't wake.

It sounds like that app is interrupting it's normal sleep/wake functions, by backing up when it's supposeed to be in sleep mode, you could try using time machine as the backup software instead.
