MacBook Pro Retina pointer disappears

I used my MacBook Pro Retina 13" for 3 months and from last week sometimes when it starts the trackpad pointer doesn't appear. The only way to make it visible is to lock and unlock screen or restart the computer.
I have last version of El Capitan ans I have not yet upgraded to Sierra.
Anyone has this issue an can tell me how to solve?
