I recently purchased a new Macbook Pro Retina 13" and every time I wake it up from being closed for a couple of hours, usually overnight, the screen seems to scramble to get back together. It is not as bad as the videos I have seen on previous threads where the screen will turn black or grey. It just looks like the screen is scrambled for a quick second and then the login screen is back together. Really happens in almost a blink of an eye.
Currently, this is the only occurrence where the flickering happens. It does not occur at any other time while using the machine but I'm scared that this will eventually lead to more issues. I spoke to Apple and the representative ran some tests and everything came back fine. Is the small scrambling issue normal or should I return it for a new machine? He is currently setting up a replacement but it is such a small issue, I'm a little hesitant to return it.
What would you do?
