Everything looks soooo small. How can I make the icons and words bigger without losing the sharpness and quality of the display?

Virtual Machine -> Settings -> Display -> Use full resolution for Retina Display.

"Enable Retina Display Support
Retina display is a screen resolution by Apple that uses high density pixel display.
When used with Retina Display equipped Macs, the virtual machine is scaled to provide a usable working environment. At times, it is desirable to allow the guest operating system to use the native resolution of the display. This is controlled by selecting “Use full resolution for Retina display” under Settings > Display.
Procedure
1
From the Virtual Machine Library, open a virtual machine.
2
Click Settings > Display.
3
Select Use full resolution for Retina display.
Note
Selecting this option results in very small text and icons for Windows. The size of these elements can be changed in the Windows Control Panel. OS X guest operating systems do not support full resolution Retina displays at this time"

Tick or maybe untick, I don't have a retina display.
