I had played one intensive graphic game on MBP, The Sims 2 and played at nearly maximum setting and feel like very hot in under bottom of laptop, is it normal?

What happens if kept very hot for very longer then would can damage to MBP?

Yes they do tend to run a little hot, but I'm not sure how long it could go like that without damaging it.

Yes the MacBook Pros run very hot when under extreme CPU and GPU stress. As for leaving it running for a long time, personally I wouldn't but you should be fine.
