Macbook Pro safari download problems?

Hi all, I Just recently i sold my Ibook G4 to purchase a Macbook Pro after patiently waiting to be dissapointed by Apple's macworld release of the Macbook Air.

A problem i discovered is when i go to download a icon set off of www.interfacelift.com they download as .sit files instead of png's for some reason, and when i double click them to open them i get a log in text edit in jibberish instead of a folder containing the icons. any insight would be greatly appreciated

You need Stuffit Expander.

A simple google search for ".sit" would have led you to this answer.

Just get the Unarchiver and you'll be set for almost any compressed format. Plus its free!
