MacBook Pro Screen Flash

I have just got a new 15 inch MBP and I have noticed after playing a game or watching a video (normally flash i think) my screen will flash black once i go back to just the desktop or something similar.

Is this just the graphics cards auto switching or something else?

Have you got gfxCardStatus to see what GPU is in use during those "flashes"?

I read about it and installed in on my 2 year old MBP that i had before this one but found out that when i copied my user account etc to my new MBP it messed up the graphic card drivers every time so i wanted to stay away from it!

Ok i reinstalled it and noticed the flashes are just the graphic cards changing move on!
