Hello everyone,

I recently had some dirt lodged in my MBP, so I disassembled it to clean it out. The disassembly and subsequent reassembly seemed go off just fine... until I attempted to turn on the computer. It will no longer power on or off via the power button (instead, it turns on automatically when I plug in the charger cable). Even more alarming, every time I put pressure on the keyboard, the screen goes completely black. Does anyone have an idea what could have happened? I am quite far away from any mac repair shop, and so would like to fix it myself if possible. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
