Macbook Pro Screen Issue

My MBP is now about 8 months old. Just recently I started to notice that the bottom 1/5 of the screen has a yellowish tint when on a total white background and a white-sih glow on a total black background. But this only happens after the screens been in use for a while. On initial start up its fine. Is this something apple will replace under my first year warranty? Should I even bother? It's a high res glossy screen.

Thoughts?

You don't have anything to lose by taking it in. If they do repair it, it should be free.
