I have had my MacBook Pro in for repair more than needed..

After upgrading to Mavericks, my screen acted up (turned out to be an App, Apple thought it was a Logic Board, so that was what has caused all of this, improper diagnose of my Mac)

Trips:
Time one: MacBook Pro is having screen issue
Time two: Pick up MacBook Pro
Time three: screen not lined up (guy tries arguing me out of repair)
Time four: pick up MacBook Pro
Time five: Pick up compensation for removal of my decal and $150 in gas (Magic Mouse and Wired Keyboard)

Now, my display nearly shuts itself if I hold it up. And on top of that if you look at the attached images, my screen does that above half brightness...

What do I do now?
This i getting ridiculous, three repairs because they diagnosed the computer wrong two apps caused this freaking issue, 10+ hours on the phone with AppleCare, I have fallen behind on schoolwork (only had this compeer when the issues bean, bought the others because I knew it would happen again).
