$200 is way overpriced for a broken screen Macbook Pro 2014. You can get these for $300 to $350 in good working order on eBay.
Those in the $200 range may be found with a minor issue. Such as a noisy fan or delaminated screen. The noisy fan is a just a cheap part. The lamination is easily removed, albeit a little time consuming. It'll just be glossier, but you can just get a cheap screen protector to reduce reflection.
At any rate. I wouldn't pay over a $100 for one with a broken screen. Even then the only reason I'd buy one like that would be for swapping parts with something I already own.
----------------------------------
A. It'll cost more. Likely considerably more to buy the Macbook and repair it than to buy it working off eBay. Broken Macs simply have too high a resale value. As people buy them for parts to fix other Macs or in the hopes of saving money on a Mac (they won't). This was viable around 2008/2009. Then too many caught people caught on to this way of saving money.
You'll most likely be spending $300 on a good replacement screen assembly. Replacing the panel itself isn't practical. Even if you found a panel. Risk of damaging the glass is high. Equally as hard reparing it is getting it all back together without a spec of dust, streak or mark inside. Since you need to glue it together. It'll be their forever.
Anyways, say you get the Macbook ($200). Rebuild the display assembly with a replacement panel (~$100). Get it all back together. All in you'll have saved $0 to $50 over just getting one in good working order ($300-$350). With a high risk that a repair won't be successful, possibly end up with a cheap knockoff panel or find something else is wrong with the laptop you don't know about.
B. Doesn't really matter. Apple uses an uncommon 16:10 aspect ratio and custom resolution. I've never seen any other manufacturer use their laptop resolutions. The only panels you'll find will be for those Macbooks. Search by part number.
Anyways, it'll be LG or Samsung who made the display. As far as I know Apple was using a mix of those two still. Which one you got was random.

Edit: This is assuming a pretty standard 13". If a high spec 15" parts will cost more or if an exceptionally specced 13" with a new battery in otherwise pristine condition. It might be worth the gamble. But if money is tight enough for you to be considering this. I'd much rather a working computer with eBay's guarantee than a parts computer with no guarantee.
