So I've decided for my next machine I'll be getting the bast 13" MacBook Pro. 
I'm ordering it tomorrow so it will be delivered for when I get back to Uni.
This is my first time owning a Mac so I'd like to compile a little shopping list based on your recommendations. I'm based in the UK so I would prefer not to buy from the states due to shipping costs...

I will be needing the following:
- A case/sleeve - I've read the Speck cases are good. Are they worth the money? Will I also need a sleeve when carrying it in my bag?
- 8GB of RAM - can anyone recommend where to get it from? Preferably in the UK.
- 128GB SSD - again, where from in the UK?
- Optibay - I've seen some cheap ones on eBay but I want it to match the aluminium, can anyone recommend one that blends in nicely?
- A DVI adapter - seen cheap ones on eBay, not sure how well they work. £21 from the Apple Store seems alot...
