I'd like to buy a new MacBook Pro 15.4 and want to know which one would be ideal between the standard model which has Geforce 9400M and the second model NVIDIA GeForce 9400M / 9600M?? I have talked with one of the owner, he said he has issue while using 9400M after 1 years used.
In my normal daily used, I code in Flash/AS3 and do lots of Photoshop retouch photos.
Btw, I owned 1st generation Mackbook Pro, the monitor just died (graphic card is dead) last week after 2 years and 1 month of used. Also I got some pixels issues on screen but warrranty was exceed. I have a friend who has the same issue with his laptop as well.
Obviously the first generation isn't that great. I'm just wondering if the second generation with Intel has any minor issues especially monitor or graphic failure?
