Macbook Pro sleep password question for SL

Hi all,

How do I get my picture to show after my computer awakes from sleep mode and asks for my password? When my computer goes to sleep, it asks for a password when I wake it. Instead of having my name, I want to see my icon. Anyone know how to change this?
