Fixed I took it to apple service, there were something odd with logic board. Now with new board everything is fine.

I've had this problem for a while (maybe about half a year or so) 'cos I haven't bothered to fix it... or well I didn't find any thread/site to my problem but now I'm really urge to fix it.
So I have this MacBook Pro 15" late 2009 and installed BootCamp with windows 7. When I start up my comp and try to press Option key to select partition where I want to boot my comp just ignores it and go straight to OS X. I've tried to select BootCamp for primary start up disk, no use, still straight to OS X. There are no startup chime after this problem came up (yeah no muted sounds), it used to be normal, chime played on startup and option key worked fine also primary start up disk selection had effect where to boot.
So now my only option to get in windows is to keep Windows 7 installation DVD in my superdrive all the time and pressing C to force boot to DVD-drive, downside is that I have to wait that "Press any key..." but after that it will go to win7 partition fine.
I have reinstalled both OSX and Win7 couple of times after that problem, no use. I guess it isn't related to anything about operating system, but something that happens before comp loads up OS. And I have no clue what it can be. Also when I called to applecare they didn't know there anything. So is there anyone who had this similar problem and any way to fix it?
TL ; DR
While pressing Option key on start up, partition screen won't show up, only go straight to OSX. Selecting start up disc from OSX doesn't have any effect, still straight to OS X. Only way to get in Win7 is force boot to superdrive pressing C while installation disc is inside. No start up chime on startup, sounds are not muted. Clean install didn't fix the problem.

Also I tried option+cmd+r+p and shift+ctrl+option+power keys, no use
Actually I just noticed when I press option key it will show me my Machintosh HD and Windows partitions, I can switch between those with arrow keys and mouse but when I press enter or mouse click to select partition nothing happens, it wont freeze or anything I can still switch between partitions but it won't confirm my selection. Really is there anyone who had this similar problem??
