MacBook Pro Software constantly updating and loose hinge

Hello everyone,

I own a mid 2012 MacBook Pro retina 15 inch I've been updating the Pro Video formats 2.0.1, every time I update it, it always comes up again, how can I fix this?

Has anyone had a loose and creaking hinge on a MacBook, if so, let me know how you fixed it.
