Almighty here is my setup and my problem:
Recently bought a MacBook Pro i5, the newest gen. Before this I had an older Intel Core2 Duo for which I bought a Corsair X128 SSD, this was almost a year ago so its specs are a little lower than the current SSD drives but still promises around 220read/170write. Now when I bought my new MacBook Pro instead of switching the solid state drive into the new mac and doing a fresh install I just took the SSD out of my old laptop and stuck it in my new one because I was giving my old laptop to my mom as a present and was very busy with work and class. I have not noticed any problems on my machine and my mom has not noticed any problems on her's until I ran AJA System Test, here are the results: http://imgur.com/odR9d . What could be giving me such slow speeds? Is this what I should expect from a slightly older SSD or is this simply because I never did a fresh install. I repaired disk permissions and have about 12GB of the 128GB free.

*edit: Now I know I was just reading a post about how xbench is unreliable but here is an xbench test just for comparison http://imgur.com/aH23S.png
