MacBook Pro SSD upgrade question

I want to upgrade to a sad drive and i want to know how big of sad i would need?

Here what on my hard drive.

Would a 120GB or 240GB SSD be good?I got a macbook pro mid 2012?

You're only using a little over 30GB of your 500GB HDD. a 120GB SSD would probably be fine.

120 will cripple you in the long run. 250 gb is pretty inexpensive insurance that you'll have enough space to extend the life of your computer. I think it's about $100. A 120 gb SSD is about $60.

Given the price difference, for my money, the best value is the 250 gb version.

You should get a happy drive

That said, 120GB would do, but I'd go for a 240GB or larger for improved performance.

If you've the money get a Crucial MX100/200 instead. Otherwise get a Crucial BX100.
