Macbook Pro Sticker

Does anyone know how to make a sticker for the back of a 15 inch macbook pro? I think it would be so sick to have either a basketball player laying up the apple into the hoop or one shooting it. Would be awesome with the standard black outline most stickers for the pro have. Any help of where to find this or how to make it would be great.
