MacBook Pro streamed to Amazon Echo

Just received my Amazon Echo this afternoon and I am looking to stream audio from my MB Pro to it. Does anyone know how since the Bluetooth isn't identifying it? My MBP is last years Retina model.

Alright, synced finally. Echo shows in bluetooth list after 30 seconds and is only visible for a 5 second window before the Amazon Echo turns off pairing mode.

good to know. I just use prime music on the echo.
