my friend has a 17 inch MBP (2009). Was running OSX 10.7.2 and when he updated to 10.7.3 and tried to restart the computer it got stuck on the apple startup screen and won't move past it.
Was wondering if this was a common problem and if there is anyway that this can be solved without taking into the apple store. For example is there a combo of buttons that can be pressed to get past this. Hope this makes sense and thanks for reading. Also let me know if you need anymore information from my end.
