macbook pro (this generation) 15-inch battery questions/issues

Hi,

I have a 3.06Ghz 15 inch MacBook Pro with 320 (7200 rpm) hard drive.

Using Coconut battery, my

Current Battery Capacity is 6474 mAh
Original Battery Capacity is 6500 mAh.
Cycles: 5

Using the MiniBatteryLogger Application I found the
Average Battery Capacity for MacBookPro 5,3 to be 6619 mAh.

I am only getting 5.5 hours with basic surfing and text editing with screen half brightness. The keyboard backlight is off. No other background processes are running.

Could it be my battery, according to array of programs like coconut battery and the apple battery diagnostic test it is fine.

How come people have there current battery capacity to be greater than the original battery capacity? Could that be the reason why I am not getting 7-8 hours like most people here.

Also I have done battery calibration, and every time I do that it seems to increase my max battery capacity.

Any help is appreciated and welcomed.

Thanks :D

7 hour battery time is overrated... Your mac is fine.... This coconutbattery program seems to put more users in a worried state...
