I frequently need to connect to multiple networks simultaneously using my Macbook Pro. This is usually a combination of wired (via thunderbolt adapter) and a second wired (thunderbolt), or wired and wifi.

When I do this, all traffic is force through the dominant adapter - usually wireless.

When I am connected using Windows, it seems to work fine.

Is there any way to manage simultaneous connections in OSX?

out of pure curiosity (sorry) , what stuff do you do, that needs two different networks :)?
