Macbook pro to the air

Have a 17" 2009 MBP which is becoming to big for me as I am having to travel more now I do not do anything to serious on a computer anymore mostly email web browsing spreadsheets. I am trying to decide between a 13 air or 15 pro purely for screen since I have gotten used to the higher res of the 17 I just don't if it is worth $650 for 2 inches more of screen?

13" is the best concession between weight, balance, performance and screen size if you carry a lot.


I have a 13" MBP and a 13" MBA. I bought a 17" MBP a few weeks ago and ended up taking it back for the 13" MBA instead.

If you don't know, how are we supposed to know? Screen size is a personal preference. I don't know why anyone would want a 13" screen, but that's me. YMMV. Go into a store and test out each model or something.
