I'm planning of buying a Moshi MiniDisplay Port to HDMI Adapter with Audio. However, recent reviews on the Apple Store have this adapter failing after a few months.

Any people here use this adapter and if not, how do you go about connecting your Mac to your HD TV?

Thanks!

:)

try monoprice.com although I am unsure about shipping to Canada.

I'm shipping it to a US relative for moi. The monoprice adapter does NOT do audio hence why I'm considering the Moshi adapter from Amazon.

I have been using this adapter since November and haven't had any problems with it. I basically leave it plugged in all the time and only disconnect the HDMI cable from it when I am not using my TV with my iMac.

I just bought a "Dynex" Mini DisplayPort to HDMI the other day from Best Buy (about ~$24). Works great. My monitor shows up as another sound card in sound prefs.
