Macbook Pro Touchbar 2019 Battery Issue

Has anyone noticed an issue with their Macbook Pro Touchbar 2019 shutting off at 28-29% while editing photos? I have noticed this become and issue and the computer is fairly new, I just bought mine back in November. I been contemplating if I should take it in the apple store? I do have apple care, however I was hoping it could be fixed with an update but it's still happening to me.
