Let's say you hold down a file on the desktop and want to drag it into another folder or you're on pages and want to make a box bigger.

When I hold down the track pad when my index finger then use other finger to move files or make a box bigger; the taptic click goes mental and you can feel it clicking randomly, it just feels awkward. Anyway to stop this? I've looked into trackpad preferences and couldn't find the answer. My old MacBook trackpad with the psychical click had no issues.

Thanks

I have the same issue. It doesn't 'grab' and hold like it should. Try selecting closer to the file name. It's really annoying. You click to hold it thinking it's 'held' and then you end up selecting a lot of files below it.
