Macbook Pro Undervolting

Has anyone here been able to find a program like Throttlestop for Windows that allows for undervolting for Mac OS?
I've had great results from doing this on Windows laptops, less heat, less fan noise and more performance.

I've heard about it being done to older Macs, but not really any newer ones. I'm curious too though :)
