MacBook Pro Update Soon?

I know we have just seen a SR based update, but I got an e-mail from Club Mac saying closeout prices on new MBP's.. and at the Apple website the 15" MBP's are stating a shipping date of 7-10 days instead of the usual 24hrs. No change has been made to the 17".

I wouldn't worry. I mean Apple just updated them and Apple does not have an extensive history for updating products just after launch, maybe just for minor speed bumps (i.e. original MBP's) however, I'm pretty sure the processors the MBP's are using are already the top ones, so there's really little that could be updated.

If you actually call them after placing your call and say you want to cancel, sometimes the person on the line will knock off a hundred and give you free expedited shipping

15" MBPs have been having expected shipping time in 5 - 7 days for a while now.
