MacBook Pro USB Ports not working

My Macbook Pro's USB ports recently stopped working. One just won't work completely (anything connected doesn't recieve power or data, and isn't recognized by the computer), and the other won't output more than .5A of power, but will transfer data. I've reset the PRAM and the SMC to no avail. Any thoughts as how to fix this?
