Hi All,
On a MacBook Pro can a dead battery, non chargeable cause any damage to the computer?
I use the MBPro mostly at home like a desktop, with the Power Adapter.
I have a dead battery, that does not charge.
Please Advise,

Yes, it can. Many batteries, when they die, can start swelling, which can damage internal components of your MBP. I recommend you get the battery replaced.
Run on battery whenever you need to and plug it in whenever you can. You can plug or unplug any time you need to, regardless of the charged percentage, and you never need to completely drain your battery.
