my sister has the new MacBook Pro and whenever she is on it the wifi for the whole house crashes and I have to reset the modem and the router before I can use my iPad, my question is, is it really the Macbook causing the crash? If so is there anyway to fix this problem? When she's not using it or not home the wifi is fine, thanks

Macbook pro wifi issue

It's the MacBook pro with retina display 13inch and I think it has the latest operating system. The router is net gear I'm not sure the modal but I got it a few years ago
