macbook pro wifi repeater issues

I'm trying to give my church a hand with an issue they're having. A while back they had me install a repeater (went with a amped wireless sr20000) and it has been working fine for until recently and now the 2 of the macbook's won't connect to the internet, connects to network but nothing behind it.

I've upgraded all the firmware on the repeater and the macbook has been upgraded to Maverick but it just won't work with the repeater. It appears to be a apple thing as androids and pc's don't have any trouble connecting and staying connected. I'm still trying to learn mac's os but I don't have enough knowledge yet to really troubleshoot the issue. I would appreciate any advice and/or help with this issue. Anyone have any ideas? Everything else is successfullyl connecting to the repeater except for on Sunday mornings, the Macbook in question sometimes can't even see the network. I'm completely baffled and hoping that someone can give me a hand.

When you say connects to the network but nothing behind it, do you mean it connects to the repeater but can't reach the Internet?

Also have you tried deleting the network from the Preferred Networks list (System Preferences > Network > Advanced... > Wi-Fi) and rejoining it?

Yes to both. I've removed it and tried reconnecting and sometimes it will connect to the right network but with no actual internet access but this past Sunday, it wouldn't even see the network. Both times, I'm connected to the network with my phone and/or a windows laptop. Really has got me stumped as I've tried various encryptions but nothings seems to work.

I did get it to work during the week once a few weeks ago but come Sunday, nope. I checked the ip lease but was under lease pool limit and again I'm connected with my phone. Thanks for your response, it's much appreciated.

Take it off auto channel and change the WiFi to channel 1 on modem and repeater, if they need to be different use 1 and 3.

Does it still occur?
