Macbook Pro Will Not Sleep?

Hi guys...

I have an issue with my macbook pro not going to sleep... and I cant seem to figure this out.

I set the the mac to go to sleep at a certain time period in energy savers prefs...

However, it only turns off the display... and the mac will not sleep at all?

If anybody knows a fix for this I'd be happy if you could share it..
