Macbook Pro Will not Stay Asleep

I have been having an odd problem the past couple of days. Every time I put my MBP to sleep, it wakes up immediately after the fans shut off. I have tried shutting down all of my programs and even killing of most of my process in activity monitor to no avail. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this or if there is anyway to find out what is waking the computer up?

Try reseting SMC and PRAM

lol sorry I had to. I would try a PRAM reset and go form there.

So, I just pour it into the CD drive, right?

Your MacBook Pro drank too much coffee. Just kidding. This is possibly an SMC issue, like said before. Resetting the SMC could help.
