I have a MacBook Pro 2009 which was having the overheating problem that I have seen in many forums on here.* I took the back off of it and cleaned the dust from around the fan and took the logic board out to clean the dust from under it.* I put it back together the same way that I took it apart and it started up a couple of times.* Now it will not turn on at all.* I'm not getting a fan sound or any kind of I indication that it's trying to start up.* Also the chargers led light is not lighting up green or amber when plugged into the MagSafe port which is clean.* The last time I turned the Mac Pro on the side of the machine shocked me.* Im wondering if you guys think I need a new battery, new logic board, or a new charger?* I'm open to any suggestions!* Also when you push the battery indicator button on the side the light does not come on at all.
MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.5.8)
