hi all,

Looking at re using my large Multiscreen setup with 3/4screens.

The panels are only 1920 by 1200

Question is if I get an E-GPU with something like a Amd Vega 64 inside it, can I plug all the screens into the e epu and when I plug MacBook Pro into this will all the screens just work ? Or is there a limited number of screens ?

Wanted a MacBook Pro can take everywhere and when home just dock Into e gpu for the extra power and have all my screens work.

Any advice would be great.

Even without eGPU, I used a 13" early 2013 with 2 Apple cinema displays (2.560 by 1.440 each) with no problem, now a days I use a 13" 2017 with 2 lg ultrafine 4k (4000 by 2304 each) with no problem. There are thunderbolt 3 to dual hdmi or Dp, by only using two tb3 ports you could can connect 3 or 4 monitor without issue
