Macbook Pro with External 4k Display Question

Hi everyone,

Just a quick question. So I connected MacBook Pro to an external 4k display and use display scale option to make it looks like 2560x1440 for larger menu, text etc. If I play a 4k video in full screen, will video playback look the same comparing to play it on native 4k resolution?

Video will still play in 4k.
