MacBook Pro with SSD and CS4

Does anyone know whether Adobe CS4 will work with a SSD hard drive. I saw in the specs that it won't work with flash based hard drives.

I have no problem using Photoshop CS4 with my MBP SSD (OCZ Core) 64GB. Perfect !

I have been contemplating buying a MBP with the solid state drive, but I must admit that I am a little concerned about the size of the drive being able to run what I need to run and running it all efficiently. I like the idea of solid state, but I really just don't know much about them. I really want a laptop that will last for quite some time as I am looking at retirement in the near future. I do video editing and also use Photoshop Extended CS4. If you are real good about just saving photos, videos, etc. on an external hard drive, would one be okay? Thanks for any advice.
