Macbook Pro wont boot after harddrive swap!!! heLP!

On my macbook pro 13inch, i upgraded my hard drive to a momentus xt. However a few days ago my trackpad wasnt working so i took it to the apple store. I also heard that if i have a custom hard drive, apple wont service it so i installed the original hard drive back and installed snow leopard. Now when i put my momentus xt back, it wont boot but go to recovery disk. HOw can i fix this issue

I don't know, but the hard drive is user serviceable and swapping out the hard drive won't void your warranty unless you break something.
