MacBook Pro won't load after firmware update

I was updating my firmware, the update that fixes a problem with batteries after 1000 load cycles. Everything was going normal until it got to the loading bar on the apple screen, when around half way through it shutdown.

I turned it on again, and it just repeats this.

any ideas?
I can't find a download link for the early 2011 MacBook Pro anywhere, so I can't try that .
