I just re-installed my OS. I did a software update because my install disks were 10.6.6. After it went into the restart process it stayed at a blue screen and I had to force shutdown. It booted fine and I just installed the thunderbolt update which requiers to restart and it restarted just fine. Should i be concerned?
I had the same problem as you. It happened to me a few times but I managed to fix it by resetting the SMC. You can find instructions here on how to do that: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht3964
Its an easy fix, and I don't think you have anything to worry about.
