I have a macBook Pro alu bought new in march this year.

I had a kernal error display message and now it won't turn on again.
when i press the power button the status led turns on for half a sec and i hear a very soft clicking sound.
The screen stays black, the cd-drive is not spinning, i don't hear the chimes sound.

What could be wrong? and how do i fix it?

thnx!

You fix it by taking it to Apple and letting the warranty cover it.

It's most likely going to be either the RAM or the logic board. If the RAM is third-party, pull it all out, and then turn on the machine (yes, with no RAM). You should get an error tone. If you don't, it's the logic board, and you're done.
