I have a late 2011, Macbook Pro. I was trying to remove the backplate. I stripped the heads off two of the 3 long screws. Not completely, but enough that I can't get them out. Idea's?

I'd take it in to an Apple store if there's one nearby...they'll probably be able to get the screws out and replace them with new ones.

1. Get a better screwdriver (seriously).

2. Try putting a rubberband between the screwhead and screwdriver.

3. If that doesn't work, you could try using a screw extractor.
