Hi everyone,

Firstly I'm sorry, I know I am probably going to piss off a few hardcore mac fans but I hope the rest of you can bare with me.

I just got my first macbook pro (ever) after being on PC's for around 24 years and a noticed that strait out of the box the colour profiles "standard color LCD" is very grey and "dull" ish... but still looks pretty good? eh? and the sRGB looks good for the most part as well but is unrealistically blue (like drop shadows under windows in osx is tinted blue?!).

So my question is, is there a commonly accepted colour profile that people tend to just DL when they get a new macbook or does everyone fiddle around with their own? or do people actually just use one of the two I just mentioned?

Thanks in advance people! I am a very confused ex-windows guy :p I will be back to rant about mouse acceleration later ;) (no really, if anyone can point me to how to get rid of it or at least minimize it thanks!!).
