Is the macbook pros screen a wide-screen? apple does not say anything about it, thanks!

have you seen any pictures of the MacBook Pro? does it seem 'widescreen' to you? of course it is.

but if your wondering if the screen is 16:10 then yes it is. the 15" MacBook Pro has a 1440x900 resolution which is bigger than 720p but smaller than 1080p.

thanks guys, lol my hp has only a 1280x800 15" screen display and they call it hd
i would love to get the true hd , but i only need the 15" screen

It is HD (1280x720 is High Def). You want a screen capable of playing 1080p HD content.

I remeber my first laptop that was a 15" box screen and only 4gb hd ahaha
i was 10
