Had a question about buying a Macbook from Bestbuy vs the Apple Store. I've been reading some posts with people buying a Macbook and noticing a problem right away. At that point they take it back to the Apple store and get an exchange. If I buy a Macbook from Bestbuy (please don't ask) and noticed an issue, could I go to the Apple store to report the issue? Or would I need to go back to Bestbuy to raise my concern with them?

Good question. I think that BestBuy offers a 15-day policy in which all laptops (opened and boxed) must be returned. You may also want to purchase their warranty program as well. They replaced my iPod nano 1st generation to a 2nd generation iPod nano for free since it had a clickwheel problem.

I hope my post helped and good day!
