I got a macbook and was planning on adding some RAM to it. I already have 2 X 512 MB RAM installed in my macbook. Does Macbook's come with extra free slot or do i need to replace one of the RAM's? Plus i have a 60 GB HDD. Is that too a single slot or you could add another HDD?

The MacBook has two RAM slots, which are both full with 256 MB chips by default configuration (or in your case, two 512 chips). If you want to add more RAM, it is highly recommended that you add RAM in matched pairs.

There is only one HDD slot.
