For over a month now, the Macbook EFI Firmware Update 1.2 has popped up EVERY DAY! Trust me, i have downloaded that sucker so many times! Ive plugged it into the wall, closed all programs, downloaded it, then restarted my computer many times! At the end it says "Installed successfully". I have tried practically everything but for some reason it keeps denying it ever happened the next day. Can anyone help me please?
if i remember correctly, the firmware update does not automatically install into your system. you will have to shut down your mac and press and hold down the power button till you hear a long beep or something. check this link out for further information:
