Yes. in the last month it appeared 4 times :S

Kernel panics are rather hard to diagnose. They even seem to be more cryptic than the BSOD. I would start by making a note of anything you were doing when it appears. That could tell you it is a 3rd party application, or maybe a hardware problem.
